£23.63/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

6-month initial contract

As a Client Experience Advisor, you'll specialise in our brands to ensure prompt and exceptional customer service. Joining a dynamic team, you'll navigate a fast-paced environment, managing daily case workloads and meeting strict deadlines.

During your first week in this role, you'll:

• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding our vehicle lineup and products
• Guide customers to our Retailer network for an outstanding customer experience
• Manage communication with customers, retailers, and third parties via various channels, ensuring resolution
• Utilise expertise to offer effective solutions while prioritising customer satisfaction, achieving swift case closure
• Implement escalation processes promptly when necessary, ensuring compliance on all occasions.
